Sant Pere de les Puelles

Sant Pere de les Puelles is an ancient Benedictine monastery in Romanesque and Gothic style. Since 10th century it has undergone many changes because of Arab attacks, fires, Spanish Civil War, etc. It was even made a prison. The nun community left this place in 1879.
